WTF? Picture Of The Day

I didn't take this photo but I know who did (Hammer) and we still are not 100% sure what the hell is on this dude's truck. I am thinking an eagle and the other thing I have no clue. Your help is wanted and needed here.

    WTF? It looks like some type of half man half bird lounging in the back of the truck. Funky looking shell too.
